One of the questions we hear most often is, “Can you make it in this size?” The answer is almost always yes. Between our 5,000+ dies already in-house and our ability to produce custom dies quickly and affordably, there are very few dimensions we can’t hit. Miniature price tag holders? Done. Extra-large signage sleeves that need to be seen from across a warehouse? Also done. And everything in between.
Whether you need a run of a few hundred pieces for a boutique product launch or hundreds of millions for a national retail rollout, we scale to match. Send us the specs — width, height, gauge, finishing details, any print or foil requirements — and our team will confirm what’s possible, typically within a business day. If a new die is needed to bring your idea to life, we’ll walk you through the timing and cost before you commit. No surprises, no smoke and mirrors.
From Calendar Corners to Large-Sized Pockets
The range of products we make is genuinely wide. On the small end of the spectrum, we produce calendar corners — those precisely cut vinyl pieces that hold promotional calendars neatly onto their backer boards. They may be tiny, but they’re everywhere: hanging in offices, mounted in break rooms, tucked next to workstations across the country. And they need to be made right, because a corner that pops loose ruins the whole calendar.
On the large end, we produce oversized display pockets, signage sleeves, presentation holders, tradeshow display pockets, and merchandising envelopes designed to protect and showcase full-sized documents, brochures, signage, and product literature. In between? Book covers, badge holders, ticket holders, sleeve protectors, folder pockets, ID pouches, and dozens more product families.
Whatever you’re trying to protect, display, hang, hold, or hand out, chances are we’ve made something like it before. And if we haven’t — we’re always up for a new challenge.
PolyPropylene and AdVantageVinyl®: Fresh Lab Results Are In
Sustainability is no longer a bonus feature — it’s a baseline expectation from customers, retailers, and regulators alike. That’s why we keep investing in the independent testing that verifies our AdVantageVinyl® line does what we say it does. And we’re excited to share the latest results, which are even stronger than the numbers we were reporting a few months ago.
Independent laboratory testing using ASTM D5511-18 methods now shows: our 6 Gauge Clear Adhesive-backed Vinyl degrades 84.9% in just over 4 years (1,619 days) in a modern landfill, and our 8 Gauge Clear Vinyl degrades 72.5% in just over 5 years (1,904 days) in a modern landfill. Both products remain Prop 65, CPSIA, RoHS, and REACH compliant, and they perform identically to our traditional vinyl in terms of clarity, feel, and shelf life. Making the switch doesn’t mean redesigning your product or worrying about regulatory checkboxes.
If you’re looking for a non-PVC alternative, our PolyPropylene (PP) products are recyclable, lightweight, and a strong fit for higher-volume projects where cost efficiency matters most. Whichever direction your sustainability strategy is headed, we have a material that fits — and the third-party data to back it up.
